Mrs. Charles F. Kellogg ( Alsie Gange) was the executor for Miss Ruth E. Personius who died 19 January 1991 at the Tioga Nursing Home_ Waverly_ NY. She was the grandaughter of D.V. Personius_ operator of the mill. Her brother_ William died_ divorced with no children. Mrs. Kellogg was given possession of Miss Personius' belongings by Ramona Nellis_ habitator of the house at the time of Miss Personius' death. The sifter was a prized possession.
