Cosway Binding Invented by J.H. Stonehouse stamped on edges of covers. Miniatures in upper and lower covers by Miss Currie (stamped inside upper cover). Deckle edge paper. Pages not numbered. Red fabric slipcase stamped Made in England. Miniatures: Upper cover - Henry Wriothesley, Earl of Southampton. Lower cover - William Herbert, Earl of Pembroke Limited edition book #861 of Cosway Bindings invented by J.H. Stonehouse, with miniatures on Ivory by Miss Currie. Signed by Stonehouse and Currie. Inside endpaper is stamped Henry Sotheran, Ltd., Picadilly. Pencil notation, 1930, Southeran, Table. Other identifying mark: 196
